TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions demonstrate SPANISH NONSTOP's transparency in its agreements and procedures. The document includes all the terms and conditions for taking Spanish classes and training at SPANISH NONSTOP, so we recommend reading it in its entirety.
This is a service agreement between SPANISH NONSTOP and the student. This agreement is subject to the laws in force in Spain.
The TERMS AND CONDITIONS are legally binding once SPANISH NONSTOP has received the student's complete registration.
1. REGISTRATION:
The student must provide true and accurate personal information when registering. Otherwise SPANISH NONSTOP reserves the right not to accept the registration or to proceed to the cancellation of the services contracted in the course without any refund.
The minimum age to participate in our adult group programs is 16 years old. Customized programs and private lessons can be adapted for all ages.
To proceed with the registration, the student must fill out the online registration form.
2. PAYMENT METHODS:
Payments will be made through the payment gateway present on the SPANISH NONSTOP website. The accepted payment methods are: credit card, debit card and PayPal.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS:
SPANISH NONSTOP will only reimburse the amount of the reservation fee, which corresponds to administrative expenses, when the cancellation is exclusively attributable to the center. The remaining part will be refunded, as long as the student informs about the cancellation with a minimum of:
- 7 days before the beginning of any group course.
- 24 hours before each private lesson for 1 or 2 people.
- 48 hours before the first class of the pack of 4 conversation classes.
- The amount of the vouchers will not be refunded once the first class purchased with the voucher has been booked.
If the cancellation is not made within the estimated deadlines, the student will lose the right to reimbursement, if any. To request cancellation it is necessary to send an email to info@spanisnonstop.com with the student's registration data and indicating the service to be cancelled or modified.
The price of the courses will be reduced, when starting in a group in which a certain number of hours have already been taught, by the amount corresponding to those hours.
Spanish national holidays shall not be considered holidays.
Cancellations/modifications during the course of the program
No refunds are made once the course has started.
In general, it is not possible to stop classes during the program without SPANISH NONSTOP's acceptance. The request has to be made through info@spanishnonstop.com.

4. SPANISH COURSES/PRIVATE LESSONS:
Classes will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. CEST, Monday through Friday.
Level test: all students who wish to take the regular courses or the immersion courses and who have some knowledge of the language, must take a level test of approximately half an hour per zoom, being necessary in any case the use of camera and microphone.
General Spanish group courses: The registration fee is only payable once per student. General Spanish group courses will consist of a maximum of 6 students per class. Classes will have a duration of 2 hours each, with a 5-minute break. The schedule of these courses will be established by the center according to the preferences of the students whenever possible. The schedule of these courses will always be in the morning or afternoon at similar times to facilitate the inclusion of students in a group. It is necessary in any case the use of camera and microphone.
Private classes for 1 or 2 people: Classes are 1 hour long. Class reservations must be made with a minimum of 72 hours and always according to the availability of the center. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If the student does not notify SPANISH NONSTOP of the class cancellation by email to info@spanishnontop.com, does not attend or does not give notice of the class cancellation, the class cannot be recovered and no refund will be made. They are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. The use of a camera and microphone is required in all cases.
Monographic courses: Monographic courses will consist of a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 6 students per class. Each monographic course will be governed by its own rules. The schedule and duration of these courses will be established by the center. The use of a camera and microphone will be required in all cases.
Upon completion of each monographic course, SPANISH NONSTOP will provide the student with a private certificate of completion.
Group conversation classes: Group conversation classes will consist of a maximum of 6 students per class. Classes will have a duration of 1 hour each. The timetable for these courses will be established by the center. The use of a camera and microphone is required in all cases. The purchase of a pack of 4 group conversation classes entitles the student to attend the 4 consecutive classes following the purchase of the pack at the time chosen at the time of purchase. If the pack is purchased less than 24 hours before the start of the class of the chosen schedule of the current week, the student will begin to enjoy the classes from the following week. Classes not attended due to a cause attributable to the student are not refundable or recoverable in any case.

Curso de preparación de la prueba DELE: Se regirá por lo establecido en spanishnonstop.com/preparación-prueba-DELE y en su defecto por lo establecido para las Clases de español general en grupo.
Master's Degree in Legal Spanish: The registration fee will be 10% of the course and will be paid as a reservation fee. In no case will the amount be refunded, except in the case of non-completion of the course for reasons attributable to the center. Its value will be discounted from the total price of the course.
It consists of 80 hours of group classes and 10 hours of individual classes.
Groups will consist of a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 6. Classes will last 2 hours each. There will be two weekly sessions of two hours each. The schedule of these courses will be established by the center according to the students' preferences whenever possible. Group classes are not recoverable.
The individual classes will be governed by the provisions of the individual class vouchers for one person. In any case, they must be received within the period of time between the payment of the course, or the first installment if applicable, and the completion of the master's degree.
The use of a camera and microphone is required in all cases.
Upon completion of the master's degree, a diploma will be awarded. In order to obtain the diploma, the individual and group work done by the student will be taken into account. This is a non-officially recognized degree.
5. CERTIFICATE, ATTENDANCE AND POSSIBLE EXPULSION:
Absences from class will not be made up or refunded.
In order to receive the level accreditation certificate, the student must obtain a score equal to or higher than 50 out of 100.
To obtain this grade, the continuous evaluation (30 out of 100) and the passing of one or two exams, depending on the course (70 out of 100) will be taken into account.
In the case of general Spanish courses, there will be two exams. The final grade will be the result of the weighting of both exams (70%, with the first one having a value of 40% and the second one 60%) and the continuous evaluation (30%).
In the case of immersion courses, only one exam will be taken. The final grade will be the result of the weighting of the exam (70%) and the continuous evaluation (30%).
SPANISH NONSTOP has the right to expel students who behave inappropriately or do not have the necessary means for the correct development of the class. The student who is expelled will lose any right to reimbursement of the amounts paid.
Any serious disrespect by a student to another student or to a teacher, as well as any conduct that may be considered contrary to the principle of equality of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, according to which, "everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth, or other status".
In the same way, the total or partial non-payment of any course, whether it is a single payment or payment in installments, may be a reason for expulsion.
The center reserves the right to admit any student.
